Xixi is the Founder and Creative Lead of the Xixi Liu Art Space, the visionary behind the brand “XIlX by Xixi”, and Vice Chair of the Artmania Foundation.

Xixi’s artistic practice unfolds as a tender dialogue, deeply rooted in the intimate entanglement of humanity and the natural world. Employing a technique characterised by free-spirited, broad swathes of colour reminiscent of traditional splashed ink, she deftly fuses this fluidity with the intense expressiveness of Western oil painting. The result is a body of work possessing colours as vivid as the morning light and a character as distinct as the landscape itself. Underpinned by the tenets of Abstract Expressionism, Xixi guides her art back to the pure wellspring of emotion, discarding the constraints of figurative representation to allow the spirit to soar freely within formless fluidity.

In her latest series “Fusion of Ink and Colour” - the gentle mists of Eastern ink wash meet the passionate vibrancy of Western oils, weaving together a unique and profound artistic resonance. This collection transcends a mere visual feast; it acts as a morning breeze brushing across the lake of the heart, awakening within the viewer a deep resonance with nature, life, and sentiment. Each brushstroke appears as a breath of nature itself - layered, textured, and whispering the mysteries of the universe.
